Border Action supporters beware! It looks like 2010 could be a dangerous year for Arizona elections.  There are a host of anti-immigrant figures considering the run for public office, and we want you to be aware and informed of the potentially disastrous consequences if these candidates receive enough support! This anti-immigrant slate includes Andrew Thomas for Arizona attorney general, Bill Montgomery for county attorney, Sheriff Joe Arpaio for governor, and Senator Russell Pearce for sheriff.

In addition, former Scottsdale congressman J.D. Hayworth is considering a run against Senator John McCain for the U.S. Senate in 2010’s Republican primary.  To prepare for this fight and others, Border Action is in the process of forming a sister organization that will host a political action committee. Its time to take off our gloves and become more involved in the campaigns that threaten our lives and dignity!
